How it works

  1. Paste the snippet

    Add it to your site once. Calls made before the script arrives are queued and replayed in order.

  2. Build content in your own app

    The visual editor runs inside your product, so you pick elements on the real page and write the content there.

  3. Watch the Overview fill

    Active users, sessions, events and retention appear in the dashboard as people use your product.

Privacy by default

The defaults are the careful ones, so you do not have to remember to switch them on.

  • Stays in the EU

    Your data is hosted in the EU.

  • Inputs masked

    Session replay masks every input by default, and the data-onb-block attribute removes an element from recordings entirely.

  • Consent first

    Recording can wait until your visitor has given consent.

  • No IP addresses

    IP addresses are not stored. Only the country, derived when events arrive, is kept.

  • Retention you set

    Choose how long data is kept for each environment.

  • Erase on request

    Any end user can be erased on request, and the erasure leaves an audit record.

Light on your pages

The core SDK is under 7 KB gzipped. The onboarding, replay and heatmap modules load only when an environment enables them.

The SDK never throws into your page, and its capture work runs in idle time, so it stays out of the way of the people using your product.
